Expenses other than the payment
- Overtime charges (if the return time is extended)
- Fuel costs (actual cost will be charged if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank)
• Various optional fees (such as liability waiver and rental equipment fees if selected)
- Bank transfer fees when paying by bank transfer
Payment timing
• Reservation deposit (down payment): After your provisional reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay by the date specified by our store.
• Remaining balance: Payment must be made before departure (at the time of check-in at the counter).
Payment methods
Bank transfer, credit card payment, cash, and other cashless payment methods accepted by our store.
Timing of service delivery
This will be in accordance with the date, time, and location you have reserved.
Regarding changes and cancellations to reservations
In the event of a cancellation due to customer reasons, a cancellation fee (reservation cancellation fee) as stipulated by our store will be charged. For details, please refer to the cancellation policy in the "Rental Agreement" or "Q&A".
The settlement for early termination (returning the vehicle earlier than scheduled) will be in accordance with the provisions of the rental agreement.
Regarding damage and defects
In the unlikely event of any malfunction, breakdown, or accident involving the vehicle during the rental period, please contact our store, the police, and your insurance company immediately. In the event of damage or soiling due to your negligence, you may be required to pay prescribed business interruption charges (NOC) and repair costs.
