To ensure all our customers enjoy a safe and enjoyable trip from start to finish, K&S offers comprehensive insurance coverage to prepare for any accidents or troubles. Please be sure to read our reassuring optional services that waive your deductible, as well as our legal agreements (rental terms and conditions), before your departure.
Liability waiver system (not insurance)
This system compensates for the deductibles for property damage (deductible: 100,000 yen) and vehicle damage (deductible: 100,000 yen) that you would otherwise have to pay in the event of an accident.
Membership fee: 2,000 yen (excluding tax) / 1 day
If multiple accidents occur during the same rental period, this policy will only apply to the first accident. Please apply at the time of rental.
You cannot join or cancel the service after the rental procedure has been completed.
Please inform us of all drivers at the time of rental.
If the borrower or the driver who provided the information at the time of rental has a history of accidents and we deem them unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse coverage.
Customers are required to use the rental car in accordance with the rental agreement. If the rental agreement is violated, insurance and compensation will not be applied.

To ensure your peace of mind when renting a campervan, our campervans are covered by the following insurance:
Repair costs resulting from damage to the vehicle's interior and equipment are not covered by the vehicle insurance.
If any equipment inside or outside the vehicle is damaged or soiled, you will be responsible for 100% of the replacement or repair costs.
[Personal Injury Liability] Limit per person: Unlimited (including compulsory automobile liability insurance)
[Property Damage Coverage] Unlimited coverage per accident
[Passenger compensation] Maximum coverage per person: 50 million yen
[Vehicle Insurance] Maximum coverage per accident: Market value; Deductible: 100,000 yen
